At Lasholutely, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be approved before sending the item back
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item or an incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lasholutely is not responsible for lost return shipments.
